I went out w/ my mom today and was forced lunch.

i haven't posted in seriously a month :( lol. well, i'm trying four cycles of 2468 as of now. i really want to loose thirty pounddds. i hope i can do it.

so, last weeek i lost six pounds! i was shocked. i weighed myself like the two fridays ago, and then this sunday i did and i lost six pds! i aht how i dont have a scale, and i cant get one. my friends house is a major life savor. well, i'm glad loosing this is my thinspo for the weeek. ohhh and that girl on my bussss :( grr shes perfect.
im doin the 2468 this week and so far
monday:200 clas
tuesday:340 and i ran and did strength:)
wednesday: 100 (so far) and worked out:)
so, im starting to feel less bloated and stuff. i wanna be super skinny for the summer and new school year. i have enough time. i gotta get my ass in check. ha:)

does it really work to do it in the morning instead?
okay. so, i was anorexic before. i lost like 60 pds. now i kinda gained some back and i wanna return to anorexia to help. so today i havent had anything. ill prollly haavee a banana and maybe some fat free popcorn. so do you guys think eating about 500 cals a day and burning around an additional 200 is good? i really wanna drop some quick weight. any ideas or suggestions? pleaasee i need you help!
